Strict Allocation Policy
1. The Allocation Standard
Due to the limited nature of our drops and the exclusivity of our inventory, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please verify your size against our detailed Size Guide before securing your allocation.
2. Defect & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a replacement. You must notify our Concierge at support@fabricfury.in within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect.
3. Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
4. Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
